I am a graduate of the Fingerlakes School of Massage, a New York State licensed massage therapist, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), committed to supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies and eliminating pain.

I believe that in order to be great in the world you must love and nourish your body. As a woman living and working in a fast-paced, demanding urban environment, I know the pressure to succeed, look good and live up to our own high expectations can be overwhelming. We can get so focused on our outside environment that we lose touch with our bodies and ourselves. And yet that’s exactly where I’ve discovered we need to start in order to truly take care of ourselves.

I discovered bodywork through my own struggles with body image and chronic pain during my college years. My inner healer guided me towards an integrative treatment plan where I was able to receive weekly massage and eastern medicine. These adjunct therapies were a key component in re-inhabiting my body, and eventually to a full recovery. They helped me locate my own inner power that delivered me back to the world, ready and energized to live fully and contribute on a higher level. It’s my goal to create space for others to discover their own inner power and wisdom so they can emerge as the greatest version of themselves.
